Midwest Bus Corporation, 1940 W. Stewart Street, OWOSSO, Michigan 48867 has evolved from an organization of 20 individuals in 1980 to one of the largest companies in this country dedicated to bus repair, replacement parts, used bus sales, bus leasing, and field services to the bus industry. Our goal is to provide high quality products and services to our customers.
Midwest strides to develop the skills and capabilities of our associates to be responsive to our customer‘s needs. We have evolved from a regional remanufacturing center to a corporation that offers aftermarket parts sales, used bus sales, bus leasing and field services throughout the country. Midwest has become an industry leader by not only completing some of the largest bus remanufacturing projects in the country, but also now provides specialty work activities associated with campaigning buses for transit authorities in the area of air conditioning, structural repair, wheelchair retrofitting and vandal resistant material on windows.

CORPORATE STRUCTURE, ORGANIZATION AND STAFFING
Midwest Bus Corporation maintains four separate profit centers. These centers include the rebuilding division, aftermarket parts division, sales and leasing division, and field service division. Strategic and corporate planning for Midwest Bus Corporation is carried out by the senior management team consisting of Daniel D. Morrill, President; Robert Postma, Chief Operating Officer; Steve Smith, Director of Operations; Brian Swett, Finance Director; Julie Velasco, Director of Administration; Erik Brabo, Aftermarket Sales Supervisor, and Robert Reichert, Director of Field Service. The team is responsible for the preparation and analysis of the annual operating budget along with its ongoing monitoring.
The rebuilding division is headed by Mr. Steve Smith, Director of Operations, who is responsible for day–to–day production planning, problem assessment and personnel direction. Mr. Smith is responsible for direction of supervisors who coordinate activities of our technicians. Reporting to Mr. Smith are Mike Huff, Purchasing Manager; Gerald Farnum, Warehouse & Shipping Manager; Charlie Riddle, Purchasing Agent and the Supervisors.
The aftermarket parts division is headed by Mr. Erik Brabo, Aftermarket Sales Supervisor, who is responsible for long–term planning as well as day–to–day operation of the sales activity associated with the aftermarket parts team. Reporting to Mr. Brabo is Mr. Aaron Randolph. In addition, the aftermarket parts division includes a sales rep who is responsible for outside contacts with all bus operators.
The field service division is headed by Mr. Robert Reichert. Midwest offers campaign and repair services to bus operators and O.E.M.‘s throughout the country. Capabilities of this unit include body, structural, mechanical, electrical, air conditioning, wheelchair lifts and more.
The sales and leasing division operates under the team of Mr. Smith, Mr. Reichert, and Mr. Morrill. This division offers low cost options for short and medium–term bus needs to bus operators.
